Online Food Ordering

1. Introduction
   These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Liquid Lounge's website "liquidlounge.se" and online food ordering service. By accessing or using our website and placing orders through our online platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Online Food Ordering
   - Our online food ordering service allows you to place orders for pickup from the restaurant.
   - Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by the restaurant.
   - All prices listed are in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
   - An order is binding when we have confirmed your order.
   - We reserve the right to refuse an order if any of the following are not met; minimum requirements for take-out, minimum number of dishes or minimum total amount.
   - We reserve the right for possible typographical errors and final sales in our product range. If an ingredient is missing, we will notify you in your order confirmation and personally reach out to complete your order.


3. Payment
   - Payment for orders placed through our website must be made online at the time of ordering.
   - We accept payment via cash in the restaurant and Klarna Checkout on the online checkout. Payment details are securely processed by our payment service provider Klarna.
   -In the case of advance payment, a refund is made if the order is refused as mentioned under Section 2. Online Food Ordering and Section 6. Cancellation and Refunds.
   -Online Payment is made over a secure connection and with Klarna as a payment gateway.


4. Collection of Food
   - Food Preparation times are estimates and subject to change based on factors beyond our control.
   - We will make every effort to prepare the orders within the specified timeframe. However, we do not guarantee exact pickup time.
   - The intention is always to offer the shortest possible delivery time. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive a preliminary delivery time. Final delivery time may vary with both shorter and longer delivery times.

5. Complaints
   - If you have any complaints about our food or service, please contact us immediately by phone or email as stated in Contact section. We will strive to resolve any issues promptly and to your satisfaction.
   -"If there should be any issues with the order you have completed via our website, please don't hesitate to contact us by phone to file a complaint. We will process your complaint as promptly as possible to identify any errors and work towards finding a satisfactory solution. Please note that we reserve the right to determine what is considered an appropriate solution or compensation in each individual case.

6. Cancellation and Refunds
   - Orders may not be cancelled or modified once payment is confirmed.
   - Please call the restaurant to verify if the food order preparation started or not. If the food preparation started, order would not be cancelled and customer is not  liable to get any refunds.

   - Orders may not be cancelled or modified once payment is confirmed and the delivery of food is delayed as mentioned in Section 4. Collection of Food. 

   - In case order preparation not started by the restaurant, refund can be issues with a Payment Service fees of 20 SEK.  (This charge is to cover the Klarna payment gateway service fees). .
   - Refunds may be issued in accordance with our refund policy mentioned above.

7. Privacy and GDPR
   - We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
   - By using our website and online ordering service, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data. Moreover, by accepting our terms of purchase, you agree to the collection, processing and use of your personal data by Klarna and this restaurant in accordance with applicable data protection legislation/the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
   -We collect, process, and store personal data to facilitate the provision of our services and enhance user experience. Personal data refers to information that enables us to directly or indirectly identify you as an individual, such as your first and last name, address, telephone number, date of birth, location data, or email address. You have the right to request the correction, extraction, or deletion of your data at any time

8. Intellectual Property
   - All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Liquid Lounge and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
   - To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website or online ordering service.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    - We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

By using our website and online ordering service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or place orders through our online platform.

Alcohol Sale (Only available on premises):

•  You must be at least 18 years old to order alcohol on our premises. We may ask you to show a valid ID.

•  You must/could order food if you order alcohol. We offer a wider range of food.

•  During Happy Hour promotion days, we start at 17:00 and we stop serving happy hour alcohol at 19:00. Post 19:00 it will be regular price as per the menu. Please respect our closing time and leave the premises in a calm and orderly manner.

•  We do not offer any free samples, discounts, or incentives for alcohol. We also do not serve alcohol in excessive amounts or in a way that encourages rapid or excessive consumption.

•  We provide clear and accurate information about our food and drinks, and we do not use any misleading or deceptive marketing or serving practices.

•  We cooperate and collaborate with other stakeholders, such as merchants, regulators, and debt charities, to handle any issues or disputes that may arise from our happy hour menu. We also comply with the regulatory and ethical standards, such as the Swedish Alcohol Act and guidance on BNPL.
